Support: Paper; Extent: i+67+i; 295 x 209 mm bound to 302 x 224 mm; Foliation: Modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto; foliation in ink roman numerals, beginning with folio CCLXII; references in this record refer to modern foliation in pencil; Collation: 1-3 (12), 4 (12, leaves in position 1, 2, and 3 have been replaced), 5 (15, -2 -10 +15), 6 (2), 7 (6); Catchwords: Lower right verso: fols. 12v, 24v (mostly cut off), 34v, 46v, and 58v
