Support: Paper; Extent: i+235+i; 97 x 66 mm bound to 104 x 69 mm; Foliation: Modern foliation in pencil upper right recto; modern foliation in pencil lower right recto fols. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12; a few quire signatures extant in lower right recto fols. 39, 40, 53, 54, 56, 80; Collation: Structure uncertain; it appears to have been quired in gatherings of ten to twelve; no extant catchwords; stubs located between fols. 36 and 37, 52 and 53, and three stubs located between fols. 232 and 233; Signatures: fols. 39, 40, 53, 54, 56, 80; Catchwords: No evidence of catchwords, except for one cut in half located in the gutter of fol. 95v
