Support: Parchment; Extent: ii+135+iv; 300 x 205 mm bound to 307 x 213 mm; Foliation: Modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto; the first four folios of several quires are numbered 1-4 in ink, lower right corner recto; Collation: 1-5 (8), 6 (6), 7 (8, -1 -2 -3 -4 -5), 8-16 (8), 17 (6), 18 (8); Catchwords: Horizontal lower inner margin verso surrounded by frame in red ink; fols. 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48 (chapters 92, 93, 94, 95, 96 missing - note in modern hand, fol. 44r), 57, 65, 73, 81, 89, 97, 105, 113, 121
