Support: Parchment; Extent: 10; 357 x 150 mm bound to 200 x 60 mm; Collation: Ten single sheets, folded individually, and bound together on one end

Layout

Ruled in red ink; prickings extant; folios folded once in half and twice width-wise to form three columns on each half-sheet; written area: 160 x 140 mm (per half-sheet)

Large initials decorated in blue, red, and gold; three-line initials in red and blue with pen flourishing; paragraph signs and one-line initials in blue and red or gold throughout; calendars in red and black; tables of eclipses in red and gold (solar) and blue and gold (lunar); anatomical phlebotomy diagram in red and black with veins and conditions indicated in circles; wheel of the 20 urines in colors
